There is a very small section of "chip away" by the 16th fret and the headstock decal does not have a bright halo around it under black light like some other Blackguards we've had, but there are no signs of the finish or the frets not being original. This guitar was purchased from one of the world's most knowledgable collectors who purchased it from the family of the original owner and it was described as being loved and played but never modified
